You can upgrade your license to the ULTIMATE anytime, as a one-time payment or in 12 monthly payments. Signed in with your Professional license, the Ultimate card above offers the upgrade at its current price.

Important note! You need to own a Professional license to upgrade it.

This also means that the Professional license needs to be fully paid off even if you upgrade it (if you purchased your Professional license using the 12-month installment plan and not all payments have been completed yet, the installment plan will continue until all 12 monthly payments have been paid in full). The upgrade is added on top of the payment for the Professional license.

    Additional licenses

    Do you need to run SQX on multiple devices?

    We have “one license for one computer” policy as a prevention against unauthorized distribution of software. Every license is bounded to one computer only.

    It’s possible to occasionally change computers (after buying a new PC, etc.) by resetting the license:
    It’s possible to do it either at the Dashboard of your personal account on our website (limit of 5 self-resets) or by contacting our support (no limit but it takes some time).

    If you need to run SQX on more devices (PC, laptop, VPS) simultaneously, we will provide you with a significant discount on additional licenses → just email us.

    Please note that additional licenses are intended for the same user and their additional devices, not for anyone else; otherwise, it constitutes a violation of the terms. Therefore, additional licenses must also be registered under the same email as the main license.

    Premium SQ data subscription (optional)

    Premium Equities and Futures data for SQ

    High-quality data for forex and CFD provided by Dukascopy are included directly in the SQX platform.

    We offer also optional additional SQ Data subscription – premium equities and futures data, both intraday and EOD: with 30+ years history.

    These data are automatically included in the Ultimate edition.

    Support & Updates after one year (for Professional and Starter edition)

    Your Professional license is valid for lifetime but you have access to support and updates for one year since the purchase.

    If you want to upgrade to a newest version after this period you’ll have to purchase support & updates for another year.

    Alternatively, there is also a great value option to upgrade your Professional license to Ultimate. This would give you lifetime access to new versions and our support with no further fees, as well as premium features, premium data, QuantAnalyzer Pro, and more. See the option above.

    License transfer to another user

    If you want to transfer your license to another user, it is possible for a transfer fee – email us. Additionally, we will not provide full support to this new customer as we did for the original customer. The new customer has to purchase the Support & Updates extension.

    Special discounts

    We offer discounts to several groups of users:

    Educators and mentors who want to educate traders to use our products can get an individual price of SQ Professional licence. Please contact us for pricing and include a brief proof of their educational activity from the past 12 months.

    Students of daily study up to 26 years old have 50% discount (applied to original prices before other discounts and cannot be combined with other discounts). You need to send us a scan of your student ID (ideally ISIC) for verification. This discount applies only to the purchase of a new license, not to upgrades of existing licenses.

    Owners of competitive product – if you are an owner of another competing commercial tool you qualify for an additional discount.

    Group requests (refer a friend) – have you a friend or colleague who might be also interested in SQX? Ask for a special pricing together: the more licenses purchased, the lower the price per license.

    Volume & Market Profile

    Starting with SQX version 144, we have introduced a new feature: Market & Volume Profile

    The Ultimate license includes these functionalities; however, the Starter and Pro licenses require an additional purchase.

    Get this feature, lifetime support updates, premium data, and other premium features: upgrade from SQX Professional to Ultimate, in 12 monthly installments or as a one-time payment.

    Separate Market & Volume Profile add-ons for Starter and Professional are available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
