Verify if your strategy would pass LucidFlex evaluation by replaying backtest trades through real Lucid rules. Shows whether you hit profit targets, stay within drawdown limits, and meet consistency requirements.
The LucidFlex Prop Evaluator replays your StrategyQuant X backtest trades through the real LucidFlex rule set in actual dollars, showing whether your strategy would pass evaluation or survive as a funded account.
It groups trades into trading days (US Eastern, daylight-saving aware), walks your balance day by day, applies the end-of-day trailing Max Loss Limit, checks the profit target and 50% consistency rule, and estimates worst-case intraday equity from each trade's MAE.

The controls
• Account Type — Evaluation applies the profit target and 50% consistency rule. Funded drops both and asks: did the account survive the trailing drawdown? Funded mode also shows estimated 90% payout.
• Account Size ($25K / $50K / $100K / $150K) — loads that tier's profit target, Max Loss Limit, trailing-lock point, and contract limits.
• Size Multiplier — scales every trade's P&L and contract count (1 = as-is, 2 = double, 0.5 = half). Use this to find the contract count that clears the target without breaching.
The verdict
• PASS (green) — all hard rules satisfied. Evaluation: target reached, no drawdown breach, consistency ≤ 50%. Funded: account survived the backtest.
• ALMOST (amber) — Evaluation only. Target reached without breaching, but largest day exceeds 50% of total profit.
• FAIL (red) — drawdown breach or profit target not reached.
Key metrics
• Net Profit — Total closed P&L after the size multiplier.
• Days to Target — Trading days to reach profit target; — = never hit.
• Consistency — Largest single-day profit ÷ total profit. ≤ 50% = eligible. Above 50% = one day carries too much profit.
• Min MLL Headroom — Smallest gap between worst intraday equity and trailing Max Loss Limit, in dollars. Positive = survived; negative = breach.
• Est. Payout (90%) — Funded only. Your 90% share of net profit.
The rules
• Profit Target (Evaluation) — your closed profit vs. tier's required gain.
• Max Loss Limit — minimum headroom above the trailing drawdown line. Starts one MLL below your balance, trails your highest end-of-day close, and locks permanently once it reaches starting balance + $100.
• Consistency (Evaluation) — largest day as % of total profit. ✓ ≤ 50%.
• Max Position Size — largest position used vs. tier's limit. Verify against your actual instrument.
• Daily Loss Limit — LucidFlex has no daily loss limit. The trailing MLL is the only loss rule.
The charts
• Equity Curve vs Trailing Drawdown — your balance (blue) vs. Max Loss Limit (red) and profit target (green). Amber dots mark intraday dips (MAE-estimated lows).
• Daily P&L — each day's result (green up, red down). Look for spread across many days vs. concentrated spikes.
• Headroom Above Trailing MLL — distance in dollars from worst intraday equity to the drawdown line each day. Touching $0 = breach.
• Consistency — Profit Distribution — your largest day vs. the 50% cap, plus biggest profit days.
Sliding-Window Monte Carlo (Evaluation)
• Pass Probability — share of simulated attempts that passed. > ~60% = strong, 40–60% = borderline, < ~40% = likely timing luck.
• Fail Reasons — how failing attempts failed: drawdown breach, target not reached, or consistency too high.
• Days to Target histogram — spread of how long passing attempts took.
Needs at least ~40 trading days of history to run.
How to use it in practice
1. Pick your account type and size, and set the size multiplier.
2. Read the verdict.
3. Check Min MLL Headroom: a thin cushion means a near-miss even if technically passed.
4. Check Consistency: a fast pass with consistency near 50% isn't really a pass yet.
5. Run Monte Carlo to see pass probability and failure modes.
How to install
1. Download / copy the LucidFlex Prop Evaluator folder into your SQX plugins directory: <SQX-install>/user/extend/ResultsPlugins/LucidFlex Prop Evaluator/ Keep the folder intact — it must include index.html, vue.global.prod.js, and the locales/ folder.
2. Restart StrategyQuant X (or click the reload icon in the Results tab).
3. Open any backtest → Results tab → select LucidFlex Prop Evaluator.
4. Pick your account type and size, and read the verdict.
Requirements: SQX Pro (up to 3 custom plugins) or Ultimate (unlimited). Starter tier does not support custom plugins.
